Just so you know a little bit about me… I’ve been living in the Greenwich/Stamford, CT area for 25 years and have been a realtor for the past 10 years. I have listed and sold dozens of properties over the years and I can confidently say that I have a keen understanding of the are and the market.

I have enjoyed living here and if you’re thinking about moving here, I think you will as well. Greenwich is a beautiful town in a perfect location. If you’re looking to live in close proximity to New York City but you prefer not to live in New York or New Jersey, then Greenwich is as close as you can get. Because of this factor, there is a definite premium placed on living here. However, taxes are still low, homes are always an excellent investment, and the town is absolutely lovely. You’ll also enjoy top schools, excellent public services, and bustling industry.
